PHASE III

Design

OBJECTIVE
|
To specify website design, page and content additions and changes using our site assessment and iBusinessPromoter tools as a guide.
|
SCOPE
|
As agreed to at the end of the Research & Analysis Phase and documented in the project plan.
|
PROCESS
|
(1) Document file names. (3) Document page redirects. (4) Document page alt tag content. (5) Document page headers. (6) Document the first line of the page. (7) Document comments for the page. (8) Document page content revisions. (9) Agree on the quantity and types of links to be acquired per page. (10) Agree on all changes / additions / deletions above.

DELIVERABLES

(1) Excel Spreadsheet containing items 1-7 above. (2) Page Content Word Document. (Item 8 above). (3) Emails accepting and confirming agreements 9-10 above.

BENEFIT

Documentation will serve to minimize the amount of time (and therefore overall cost) to correctly implement and test agreed upon changes to the web site.
